THIS ALL DAY ADVENTURE TRIP Includes fabulous food and drinks and use of kayaks, tour guides and boats.

The YoHoHo tour is by far the most exciting trip in the Philippines – Here is what a trip like that would look like: The YoHoHo tour is like 4 to 5 tours in 1. It is a whole day adventure trip starting at 8 to 9AM and returning between 6 and 7PM. We are the only one offering this tour to our guests as a special promotion for our Home Made YoHoHo Natural Fruit Rums that we manufacture on Siargao Island. The tour comprises of at least 4 to 6 different trips:

1. Land Tour by our tour vans to Del Carmen approximately one hour

2. Mangrove tour from Del Carmen to the YoHoHo Islands by outrigger boats for about 30 to 40 minutes - You travel through one of the largest mangrove forests in the Philippines - amazing scenery and labyrinths of mangroves spreading over many square miles. You may see also Crocodiles

3. After leaving the Mangroves we enter a spectacular scenery of Lagoons, Caves and Islands,

4. Once we cross that section we come to a lush Island with virgin jungles. As we get close to the island maybe just about 50 meter all of a sudden there is a small opening in the mountain where the small outrigger boat just fits thru. Once we get thru that passage a Large Lagoon with several hidden waterways opens up. In the Lagoon where we have erected our own building with docking facilities where the guests can enjoy many different activities, such as swimming, snorkeling, stand-up surfboarding, kayaking, bird watching etc, There we also serve Lunch.

5. At around 2 to 3PM we board again the boats and tour around the YoHoHo Islands stopping at secluded Beaches and Islands for more swimming and snorkeling.

6. At around 4 to 5 PM we will be heading back. On our way back we will be stopping at one or 2 caves some of them you will see human remains.
7. After that we journey back thru the mangroves to Del Carmen and from there back to Hotel .

TERMS and CONDITIONS

We are REDCATTERPILAR your travel organizer and we look forward to the opportunity to act as your book and buy agent for your travel needs. These terms and conditions (“the Agreement”) describes what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase travel related services through us.

VIA JOINERS TOUR

- Groups lower than 14 persons (depends on the destination) have to join in with other groups to complete the slots. - If in any case that we won’t be able to complete the slots minimum of 14 persons, we’ll notify you within 7 days before the departure day and reschedule your tour or refund your fees.

HEALTH RELATED CONCERNS (Very Important)

- Please let our Admin, Tour Coordinator, Tour Guide or any of our staff/s know if you have any health condition that does not allow you to expose to any hot/cold environment or doesn’t allow to get tired, etc.

DURING TOUR

- Itinerary is subject to change for any unexpected situation.
- If there is any chance that the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, guests will pay a reasonable amount reflecting to the cost of the tour preparations and wages of the staff/s. This will be deducted to the total tour package price you are paying and refund you the remaining amount.
There will be time that our staff/s may need to make a decision in the interest of safety and are not compatible with the general enjoyment. If you do not comply with the said representative, we
reserve the right to refuse to allow continuing the tour. In such a case we will not be liable for any refund, compensation or any additional costs incurred by you.

- During tour, your tour coordinator or our staff may take photographs and/or films of you while you are tourist and these may be used in our advertising and publicity material without obtaining any further consent or payment in respect of such photographs and/or films. - Our company’s way of life is enjoying life, relishing and respecting other people’s company. We would ask you to come to our tour with a positive frame of mind, ready to enjoy your adventure with us. - At all times you must show courtesy and respect to our representatives. Failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave the tour at the management’s discretion.

LOCAL ORDINANCE

- Pregnant women are not allowed. (Even less than 1 week) - Littering, vandalism, or carving your names into the stones, trees, etc. is strictly prohibited; anyone caught doing this act, will be punishable under the law/local tourism.

INSURANCE – No insurance coverage in this tour.

- Traventurista accepts no responsibilities for the theft, loss, damage and/or injuries to the person during the tour.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

- We accept no responsibility for weather conditions that may affect the delivery and implementation of our itineraries. - In case of heavy rain or bad weather conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule, you also have the option to change the destination but cannot request for a refund since this problem only occurs within seven (7) days before the trip.
Under certain conditions, we may cancel some of your tour activities. In such scenario, guests may choose to go with their activities at their own risk. If you choose to proceed, it will be at your sole discretion and we cannot accept responsibility for any injuries or loss suffered.

CANCELLATION POLICY / REFUNDS

A. REDCATTERPILAR reserves the right to cancel the tour for any reasonable events that will affect business profit, guests’ (You) safety, REDCATTERPILAR’s staff/s safety, etc.
- Upon cancellation, we’ll reschedule your tour or refund your reservation fees (Not weather issues/problem related).
B. If you decided to cancel the trip within seven (7) days before the trip for any personal reason then the reservation fee is not refundable but transferrable to any person of your choice.
C. If you move your travel date seven (7) days before the departure day then you can reschedule without any charges, but if it’s within 7 days or “no show” at the time of departure, your reservation fee is not refundable. - Any refund which has been agreed can only be refunded by bank transfer; it cannot be carried out using a credit card or money transfer.
- You can only reschedule twice.
D. If you cancel your trip eight (8) days more before the trip, you can request a full refund.
